Park View Mansions - 2 dead, 1 injured in Yuan Ching Road dispute

A construction worker died on Thursday morning after falling from the Silversea condominium project in Marine Parade.
The Straits Times understands that the Bangladeshi worker was doing exterior, window-related work at Tower 1 of the property, when the scaffolding collapsed.

Goldenhill Park condominium - Man sucked to death in spa
A MAN has drowned in a Singapore hot tub less than a metre deep after being sucked to the bottom by a drain, a newspaper reported today.
The safety grille covering the suction drain was found to be broken.
The force of the suction was so strong that even four men could not lift him out of the spa in a common area of the condominium building. It took Singapore Civil Defence Force officers half an hour to remove the body on December 1.
